Mediavision et Jean Mineur
Mediavision was created in 1971. Chaired at the time by Jean Mineur, creator of cinema advertising, Mediavision is particularly known for its emblematic character “Le Petit Mineur.” Mediavision, now owned by BDC (52%), represented by Benjamin Badinter, the Jean Mineur group (38%) and Publicis Groupe (10%) is the leading management company in France on the advertising cinema market and the only advertising cinema in the Netherlands. The company now operates more than 3,500 screens in 523 complexes spread across the country and belonging to different cinema operating groups. The strong presence of the network in Paris and in the major urban centers positions Mediavision as a key player in advertising campaigns on the big screen.
